By accessing and using HIRLYA ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

HIRLYA is a platform that connects companies with pre-vetted remote software developers from Africa and Latin America. Our services include:

  • Developer vetting and assessment
  • Talent matching and recruitment
  • Salary guidance and market data
  • Hiring process facilitation

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. For Engineers

Engineers using our platform agree to:

  • Provide truthful information about skills and experience
  • Complete assessments honestly
  • Respond to companies in a timely manner
  • Honor any commitments made through our platform
  • Not misrepresent qualifications or availability

5. For Companies

Companies using our platform agree to:

  • Provide accurate job requirements and company information
  • Treat all candidates fairly and professionally
  • Not contact developers outside of our platform to circumvent fees
  • Pay agreed-upon fees for successful placements
  • Comply with all applicable employment laws

6. Fees and Payment

Fees for our services are detailed on our pricing page. Companies agree to pay all applicable fees for successful placements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of HIRLYA or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

HIRLYA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
